CLASSES:

Tuesdays: Mindful Balance & Ease Flow with Rita 
9:15 – 10:15 am
Wednesdays: Vinyasa Flow with Rita
6:00 – 7:15 pm 
Fridays: Vinyasa/Restorative with Rita
 5:45 – 7:00 pm 

Mindful Balance and Ease Flow:  All levels welcome. A slower mindful movement class that invites the breath to sink us deeper into the postures of balance and ease.

Vinyasa Flow:  All levels welcome. Breath, yoga postures, and intention are synchronized throughout this dynamic practice. We will build strength and flexibility in the body while focusing the mind through meditation, pranayama, and yoga philosophy.

Gentle Flow:  All levels welcome. A slower paced, meditative and breath-centered class suitable for all levels, including those challenged by traditional vinyasa, recovering from injury, dealing with chronic pain, or just looking to add a gentle class to their practice. Modifications and restorative poses offered to help you relax, unwind and release tension.

Vinyasa/Restorative:  All levels welcome. Our regular dynamic vinyasa flow incorporating restorative floor poses, systematic relaxation and/or yoga nidra at the end.

Cost:  $10 per class. Cash or Checks only.  Multiple classes can be purchased in advance with NO expiration. You do not need to be a member of FIT to practice with Inner Light Yoga.

Restorative Workshop

Restorative Yoga: A unique form of yoga that uses blankets, bolsters, and blocks to support your body and facilitate surrender to both the body and the mind. This workshop will soothe your nervous system, release tension, quiet the mind and bring balance and spaciousness to the entire body. Take the time your body needs to rejuvenate itself.

Salty Vinyasa Workshop

Salty Vinyasa Yoga: This all level vinyasa flow  class links the breath with the movements of the body, while absorbing the benefits of the Himalayan salt room.

Systematic Relaxation / Meditation

Systematic Relaxation / Meditation:  You will be guided into deep relaxation of both body and mind before sitting quietly in meditation while breathing in the benefits of a himalayan salt room.

Therapuetic YIN yoga workshop with Rita

In this workshop, we will invite the body to slowly sink into Yin poses (shapes).  We will use the breath to settle both our body and our mind and witness the power of surrender and stillness.

Yamas and Niyamas Discussion Group (closed)
2nd Wednesday of each month: 7:30 pm
Location: Café Verdi

Yamas and Niyamas Discussion Group (closed):  Join us as we explore the Yamas and Niyamas by Deb Adele. Each chapter focuses on a Yama or Niyama with reflection questions at the end. When we meet monthly we discuss that month’s Yama or Niyama, how we can better implement it into our life and review our answers to the reflections at the end of the chapter. Deb Adele does a great job in explaining these jewels in ways we can easily comprehend.Pre-registration required for all workshops. To register e-mail us.
