Mindful Balance and Ease Flow:  All levels welcome. A slower mindful movement class that invites the breath to sink us deeper into the postures of balance and ease.

Vinyasa Flow:  All levels welcome. Breath, yoga postures, and intention are synchronized throughout this dynamic practice. We will build strength and flexibility in the body while focusing the mind through meditation, pranayama, and yoga philosophy.

Gentle Flow:  All levels welcome. A slower paced, meditative and breath-centered class suitable for all levels, including those challenged by traditional vinyasa, recovering from injury, dealing with chronic pain, or just looking to add a gentle class to their practice. Modifications and restorative poses offered to help you relax, unwind and release tension.

Vinyasa/Restorative:  All levels welcome. Our regular dynamic vinyasa flow incorporating restorative floor poses, systematic relaxation and/or yoga nidra at the end.

Cost:  $13 per class or 5 class for $60. Cash or Checks only.  Multiple classes can be purchased in advance with NO expiration. You do not need to be a member of FIT to practice with Inner Light Yoga.

 Restorative Workshop

A unique form of yoga that uses blankets, bolsters, and blocks to support your body and facilitate surrender to both the body and the mind. This workshop will soothe your nervous system, release tension, quiet the mind and bring balance and spaciousness to the entire body. Beginner’s Yoga

Have you been wanting to try yoga but afraid to take a class.  Come join us for a beginner’s yoga series where you mindfully experience your breathing and what your body is feeling so that you can allow your body to be relaxed by the breath. You will learn the standard poses in yoga so that after the series you feel comfortable practicing in any class.This is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of the practice while receiving the benefits of halotherapy in the salt room. {Email Brandon at the salt cove to register:}

Restorative YIN workshop

Detoxifying Yin Workshop concluding with a vitamin cocktail that will leave you feeling replenished. We all know that YIn yoga “works” the joints, fascia and tissues of the body that are so often neglected in our Yang practices like Vinyasa yoga and Barre. This workshop gives the body the balance it needs from our everyday workouts. Come join us as we allow the body to settle into poses, the mind to surrender to the moment and then indulge in a de-stress complex cocktail that will allow you to remain calm, relaxed and replenished.
Our delicious and refreshing vitamin cocktail will include Calcium, B complex and bromelain that will support the body’s normal healing process, inflammatory response and normal tissue and recovery repair which is perfect for YIN.

Salty Vinyasa Workshop

This all level vinyasa flow  class links the breath with the movements of the body, while absorbing the benefits of the Himalayan salt room.

Systematic Relaxation / Meditation

You will be guided into deep relaxation of both body and mind before sitting quietly in meditation while breathing in the benefits of a himalayan salt room.

Therapuetic YIN yoga workshop with Rita
